Gasoline engine carburetor maintenance and maintenance

Release Date:2017-11-30 15:14:03    Hits:43    Column:Wikipedia

1. The position of the carburetor on the gasoline engine

Two. The main function of the carburetor in the gasoline engine

The 1. carburetor is a device that automatically produces a vacuum when the engine piston descends. After matching the main oil nozzle and main hole, a certain proportion of gasoline and air will be mixed to mix and atomization automatically.

2., the function of carburetor to the engine can be called the "heart" of the engine. All the working conditions of engine start, idle, load and overload are mainly achieved by carburetor oil supply.

3., most importantly, the carburetor will automatically mix the corresponding mixture concentration according to the different working conditions of the engine, and output the corresponding amount of mixture to meet the normal operation of the engine.

Three. The structure of the carburetor

Carburetor is mainly divided into float type (self weight type), float type (vacuum oil suction) and diaphragm (self suction). This is mainly about the maintenance and maintenance of float type (self weight) carburetor. The structure of the buoy (self weight) carburetor is shown in Figure 2.

Four. Common faults, maintenance and maintenance of carburetor

1. carburetor oil leakage:

The L engine is not placed at the specified angle, and the float is failed to leak.

Phenomenon: when the angle of the engine is more than 30 degrees, the fuel is spilled from the balance hole;

The reason is: due to the excessive inclination angle when the engine is working or storing, the buoyancy of the carburetor float decreases, resulting in that the needle valve can not be completely closed, and the fuel continuously flows from the fuel tank to the float chamber, and finally flows out from the balance hole.

Maintenance measures: at this time, we should adjust the tilt angle of the engine to the reasonable angle of the carburetor working properly, wipe the cleaned fuel and clean the engine, then start the engine again.

L carburetor needle valve seal is not severe leakage of oil;

Phenomenon: fuel is spilled from the balance hole;

Cause: the carburetor floater is sealed, and the fuel continues to flow into the float chamber and flow out from the balance hole.

Maintenance: remove the carburetor bowl, to clean up the various parts of the float chamber, remove the float needle fuel impurities caused by excessive stagnation;

L may lead to oil leakage due to the ageing of the carburetor seal.

Phenomenon: the carburetor bowl is assembled with the body position or oil spill balance hole;

Reason: 1) if the cup body and the assembly location of oil spill, carburetor type "O" ring aging, causing fuel overflow;

2) if the fuel from the balance hole outflows, the needle valve seal rubber aging, the needle valve seal is not strict;

Maintenance measures: replace "O" seal ring or needle valve.

Because the L bolts not tightened, the surrounding oil cup oil leak;

Phenomenon: the fuel from the oil cup and the body assembly position or put the oil and oil leakage bolt fastening bolt;

Reason: put the oil cup or bolt fastening bolts not tightened, probably due to the vibration of the engine and loosening the fuel from the "O" type sealing ring or oil spill location bolt assembly;

Maintenance measures: re tighten the drain cup bolt and a fastening bolt.

2. engine travel, emetic, arrecracker and flying car (high speed):

The cleanliness of the L carburetor is not enough to cause the engine to travel.

Phenomenon: the early engine can run well, when it runs for a certain time, there are no load travel, hair vomiting, even firing and loading out (insufficient power).

The reason: because of the long-term use of cleaner fuel standards, work environment or long time in the dust, and carburetor clean enough, blocking the main jet, idle hole and idle air hole; due to insufficient fuel, causing the engine to tour car, spit;

Maintenance measures: clean the carburetor with clean fuel or kerosene, and blow the carburetor with high pressure airflow (if conditions permit). After the fuel or kerosene is volatilized naturally, it can be assembled and used.

The engine spit and low speed are caused by the failure of the L damper.

Phenomenon: after the start of the engine, the emergence of emetic, low speed;

The reason is that the choke door (see Figure 2 choke component) is not fully open, and the mixture is not atomized properly, resulting in the combustion of the engine is abnormal, causing the car to vomit and even burn.

Maintenance measures: adjust the throttle position to full open.

The l area or the use of different temperature causes the engine to travel in no-load.

Phenomenon: from low altitude to high altitude (altitude drop of more than 1200m), spitting and shooting occurred; besides, from summer to winter, the same engine appeared to be traveling and not easy to start.

Cause: atmospheric pressure and air temperature change lead to the change of oxygen content in the air, resulting in the bad effect of mixed atomization, the change of air-fuel ratio, the problem of traveling, vomiting and uneasy starting.

Maintenance measures: replace the main hole according to the corresponding elevation and temperature.

L idle speed hole and mixed ratio screw loose or drop cause engine no-load travel, spit and gun.

Phenomenon: when the engine is unloaded and run continuously after the engine is started, the car and the hair will appear.

The reason is that idle speed hole dropping or mixing is changed than that of screw during the operation of engine (mixing ratio is less than screw loosening, only for adjustable mixing ratio carburetor), resulting in the change of carburetor mixture at no load, causing travel, vomiting and blasting.

Maintenance measures: reassemble the idle speed hole and adjust the mixing screw (with professional guidance). [agricultural] v-mark Limited by Share Ltd
